There were 48 taking part in the dressage phase over two days. Eight combinations were from the home nation France, but by far the most came from Great Britain who sent over twelve riders. There were nine other nations represented. The judges for this 5 star were the president from Great Britain Sue Baxter and supporting her were Xavier Le Sauce from France and Anne-Mette Binder from Denmark. The technical director was Gillian Kyle from Ireland.
