Bernard Simpson has been involved with horses all his life; breeding them, writing about them and photographing them. He and his wife owned a stud for many years where they bred thoroughbreds, one of which was Group winning Papal Bull, who was the fourth highest rated flat horse in the world in 2006. More recently, Bernard was the official licensed photographer at the Badminton Horse Trials for twelve years and was the official videographer at the All England Showjumping Course at Hickstead for ten years. Now his written articles and images of horses are published regularly throughout the world.
